It's just like Dark Paladin: they are NOMI monsters, and no card can summon them again. Only fusion summons can bring them on the field.

There's no ruling about it yet... Can fusion substitutes be used when Dragon's Mirror or Miracle Fusion is activated? I suppose it is possible, it should be just like Polymerization, but I've learned that each Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG card has different rulings...
