"Level Limit - Area B" does not use the chain. It is not triggered. The effect just "is." When "Mobius the Frost Monarch" is special Summoned, he is changed to Defense Position immediately, THEN his effect triggers. That's why he is still turned. The effect is applied before he destroyed "Level...
You would not be able to activate "Trap Hole" in response to a Fusion Summon. "Bottomless Trap Hole" would be a good one to activate, provided the monster has at least 1500 ATK... ;-)
No you do not. You can activate "Future Fusion" and select the only "Chimeratech Overdragon" in your Fusion deck, then activate "Overload Fusion" and bring that same "Chimeratech Overdragon" to bring to the field now.
Any Fusion monster that was destroyed will be sent to the Graveyard. They...
Um. Am I the only one that noticed that this is not the scenario presented? He said that the opponent activated "Card Destruction" so this should actually be reversed and the opponent doesn't get the second effects, you do. lol ;-)
Hey! It's the "Gearfried the Iron Knight"-guy himself! :D
Anyway, if Konami has ruled that Trap/Magic Cards can be destroyed by continuous effects during damage calculation, then my original scenario is, of course, incorrect.
I do seem to remember hearing about that at some point before this...
So, how is "Gearfried the Iron Knight's" continuous effect destroying "Blast with Chain" immediately during damage calculation, but "Spirit Reaper's" continuous effect doesn't destroy him until after damage calculation?
If I'm not mistaken, continuous effects apply after damage calculation (a la "Spirit Reaper")
so "Blast with Chain" will equip to "Gearfried the Iron Knight". His effect will destroy "Blast with Chain" but it will not be destroyed until after damage calculation, so his ATK will raise to 2300...
You are not substituting Life Points for Tribute monsters. In other words, you are not "Tributing" Life Points to Summon your monster. Instead you are paying Life Point to Normal Summon. It is no different than if you placed a Level 4 monster on the field, you just have to play Life Points to...
A face-down monster cannot attack no matter what position he's in. There's no way to determing damage because the ATK and DEF are undefined until it's face-up. And your original post said that a face-up attack position monster can attack... which it can, so...
Oh, I agree. Personally, I think the average Yu-Gi-Oh! customer would have no problem with the artwork/symbols on the Japanese cards. I think UDE/Konami is just worried about offending some parents out there that think some of it is inappropriate for children so they can keep the "kid" customers.
