Just a minor point on the Rescue Cat scenario - you can't choose another Rescue Cat because the effect states "..Level 3 or lower...". Rescue Cat is level 4. :haveaday_

If they can't make it law yet then should they apply this ruling in tournaments? We need to stick to one consistent set of rulings. Bringing in rulings that contradict the published rulings on tournament day can throw players completely.
