Magical Hats vs. Kozaky's Self-Destruct Button

Sounds about right. Of course, if Kozaky's Self-Destruct Button were flipped before being destroyed (say by battle), the effect wouldn't go off.

    What does conceald do

In general, only the following differences happen with hidden characters: They cannot be attacked (except by characters that can specifically attack hidden characters). They cannot be equipped (except by equipment that specifically states it can be equipped in the hidden area). In other...

    vampire lord and the phoenix....

And just as a heads-up. Usually if someone posts something incorrect, it will get corrected (within a day or so, depending on when it is posted). If the correct answer is posted, usually nothing else will be added because there is nothing else to add.

    What does conceald do

Provided that the attacking characters aren't able to attack hidden characters. If they are able to, then they have to go through the hidden characters before being able to go directly.

    To semi-re-open an old debate

There isn't anything indicating that it is a Multi-Trigger effect, so no.

    What does conceald do

The hidden area is to the left of the visible area separated by one column. This means that no hidden characters can ever be adjacent to a visible character.

    Gotham Knights (Pure knights)

If you are going to go for the equipment theme, I would suggest adding in Lucius Fox in place of Commissioner Gordon on 1. Alfred would also be an excellent choice if it is possible for you. Wayne Enterprises is also a good bet. Tech Upgrades are also useful. Likewise, if you are going for this...

What about the effect of token monsters?

All Token Monsters are considered Normal Monsters while they are on the field. Ceasefire will not count them. Any effects that happen as a result of some interaction with the token (usually being destroyed) comes from the card that generated the token, not the token itself.

Upside down cards in the deck

That is correct. It would be similar to Pharaoh's Treasure. It is still your card, so you still have access to it. As long as it isn't drawn, nothing else weird will happen with it.

My Godly League of Assasins/Emerald Enemies deck

It seems to me to be a League of Assassin's deck guest starring some Emerald Enemies characters. There are a lot of one-ofs in the deck, which make it a bit questionable in terms of getting what you need when you need it. Until you hit your first Emerald Enemies character, your team-up is nil...

Call of the Haunted vs. Tributes

Call of the Haunted will remain as a dead card.

    Morphing Jar #2

If he had three monsters when Morphing Jar #2 resolved, they would be shuffled into the deck. He would then reveal cards until he reached 3 monsters. Any level 4 or lower are Special Summoned face-down. All other cards are sent to the Graveyard.

    Guardian kay est lock

I'll bump up that another 0.1% and say that The Legendary Fisherman was never restricted in North America. As was pointed out, Guardian Kay'est shares the rulings with The Legendary Fisherman. If the only monster(s) on the field are The Legendary Fisherman and Guardian Kay'est, your opponent may...

    sentinal question

Mark II is not the same as Mark III is not the same as Mark IV, etc. To power-up using the game effect requires you to discard a card with the exact same name. You cannot use Rose<>Thorn to power up The Rose, for example. That said, was the player actually attempting to power-up the Mark II...

    horus lv6

You most certainly can use Level Up to bring out Horus Level 8. Level Up sends a card as a cost, not as part of an effect.

    Updated Metamorphosis Ruling

A face-down monster has unknown statistics, even if you 'know' what it is, so no, you may not use Metamorphosis on a face-down Stealth Bird.

    Ultimate Baseball Kid and Scapegoat

It is the difference between cost and effect. Ultimate Baseball Kid sends monsters to the Graveyard as a cost. Because you can't send tokens to the Graveyard (as they will never get there), you can't pay for the effect. On the other hand, Monster Recovery and Golem Sentry return the monsters as...

    Qeustion about tournament's

That is correct. If you are going to PCQs, it is important to pay attention to this as well. Currently, all PCQs are Golden Age and will be until the next PC (mid-August). After this, it will be DC Modern until the next PC, followed by Golden Age, followed by Marvel Modern, etc.

    Qeustion about tournament's

There are a few constructed formats. The one where every card (but Overload) is legal is considered Golden Age. Marvel Modern Age is a constructed format where only the last two Marvel sets are legal (currently MSM and MMK). DC Modern Age is a constructed format where only the last two DC...
