You can try combining "King Dragun" with "Cannon Soldier" to destroy your opponent quickly. Just my 2 cents.

If "Tsukuyomi" is attacked while face-down, it is flipped face-up, effect activates and RESOLVES, and then it is wether destroyed or remains on the field. If it IS destroyed, the effect still activates, since it was flipped Face-up.

When "Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast" is summoned with it's own effect of not being Tribute Summoned, it has 1400 ATK. In that case, if there were not increasing/decreasing "Thousand-Eyes Restrict"'s ATK will be the same as Fusilier's, which means 1400.
